At BetterMove Mobility, we aim to provide a dependable and transparent delivery experience for all mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and assistive mobility equipment. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are prepared within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment at any time.


Shipping Rates & Coverage

We offer shipping across North America:

  • United States & Canada: Free standard shipping
  • International Orders: Flat shipping fee of $1,999

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure all mobility products are handled securely and delivered with care.


Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–15 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–20 business days

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff are processed on the next business day.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter the processing stage. Once an order is being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
