Every mobility scooter, wheelchair, and accessibility product we offer is built for daily use and long-term dependability, and we back all products with a clear and consistent warranty.

Universal 1-Year Warranty Coverage

All BetterMove Mobility products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to:

  • Electric mobility scooters
  • Electric wheelchairs
  • Manual wheelchairs
  • Mobility and rehabilitation equipment

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in frame, structure, and assembly
  • Electrical system and motor failures under normal use
  • Battery defects under standard operating conditions
  • Factory-related component malfunctions

What’s Not Covered

The BetterMove Mobility warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Improper charging or lack of maintenance
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Water damage, impact damage, or environmental exposure beyond normal use
  • Commercial use unless explicitly agreed under a separate warranty

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@bettermovemobility.com and include:

  • Full name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Once received, our support team will review your claim and provide a resolution which may include repair, replacement parts, or product replacement depending on the situation.

Proof of Purchase & Conditions

Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.

All BetterMove Mobility products are covered under a standard 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date.
